• Contact information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, organization, and country.
• The design direction and product configuration you select or adjust — fabric, pattern, color, branding, width, matching products, and quantity.
• Any logo, brand guide, or reference file you choose to upload.

How We Use It

Brother's uses this information to review your request, prepare a design concept and quote, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept as part of Brother's business records for as long as reasonably needed to support your project and any related follow-up.
